Pathetic service

Arranged for a parcel that is a critical part for my vehicle to be collected in Durban and come to Richards Bay. The parcel was collected but mistakenly sent to Johannesburg. The result is that I had to cancel all my weekend travelling plans as my vehicle depended on this part to travel long distance. This will be the first and the last time I will be using The Courier Guy. Pathetic service. And they don't even bother to let you know.
