Pathetic servic

Terrible service received from courier guy, i ordered a pressure cooker online from Makro, item was delivered to me on the 18 December 2024 item was very badly damages, I reported to the courier guy on the same day, they then advised that i would need to log a return with Makro, which was done on the same day, they only came and collected my item on the 9th January 2025 only to bring the same damaged parcel back to me on the 14th January 2025. I called Makro to follow up on my refund and was advised that the courier guy did not update on their side for my refund to processed. I want a manager to call me
