Pathetic rood and *********** staff

A parcel was sent to me on Monday by my supplier. There was no space in the locker Tuesday or Wednesday so they asked me for my work Adress to deliver. Today I get a WhatsApp to say they will only deliver on Tuesday 14 may or Wednesday 15 may. This is unacceptable. When I phoned William Humphrey tried to convince me that it is my fault as I am enquiring on to many platforms. No one can give me a straight answer I have a small business and the customer is awaiting there parcel for mothersday. No one can help me. Why is this my fault, why must I suffer because your staff is ***********. I need my parcel today. ***
