PATHETIC.... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Booked a collection in Port Elizabeth for between 0830 and 1300 on 14 July 2020. On 16 July 2020, the PE office could not tell me if it was collected or the status. Trace on the web site not working either. I was told at 0900 I would be called back immediately. At 0940 still no call. Very poor service. Never again. Tracking number is. CIL***8.

I need my package! I will list my number here in spite of having given it to the Port Elizabeth branch on three occasions and being listed on the was Bill ***
