Pathetic do not use unless you want broken stuff and no support

Extremely upset with courier guy, I shipped an Item to a friend, on the box stated that its extremely fragile and that it should only show face up this way... well low and behold the item was kaputt when it arrived at the place of destination and I even took out insurance now they giving some BS that I should have filled in a form that was never given as an option to me... been a long using customer, but i'll find someone else !!!!!!!
