Pathetic, disgusting service

2 Boxes with handmade products, firstly lost, then found, delivered to the wrong person, whom is not available for collection of the boxes. I lodged a claim, without my knowledge, they deliver the 2 boxes, both damaged. I take pics of damaged products, I lodge another claim just for damaged products. This is from the 14 January 2022. I have not received my refund. The service is pathetic
