Pathetic customer service

As a regular client that book over 40 parcels in a week with the locker service, getting a response from them regarding damaged parcels is a nightmare. We wrap our items with bubble wrap, I spend over R3000 a month buying boxes from courier guy to ensure parcels get sent safely to my clients, it is as if the people handling the parcels just dont care!!!! Common sense will tell you not to put heavy items on top of flyer bags and big boxes not to go on medium boxes. The amount of money I have to pay to replace products even after Fragile tape has been all over is ridiculous. Im am busy looking in to other courier companies that treat out parcels with care. Your customer service is pathetic!!!!
