Pathetic Customer Service and Experience

I requested to have fragile items worth R6k from JHB (Jewel City) to CPT (Khayelitsha) on the 17.09.2024. The parcel tracker and the correspondence I received from The Courier Guy were different. No communication was made to me to notify me that the items have arrived. They claim that the contact number on the waybill was incorrect. They then shipped the items back to JHB and after numerous phone calls and a conversation with the area manager to follow up on the delivery status of my package, I was told that I now needed to pay an additional fee of R1500 to send it back to CPT. I then told the so called area manager that I will find an alternative method to get my parcel to CPT, she said I will still need to pay R755 to release my items. This is unacceptable! I wan't my items.
