Pathetic customer service all around

Pathetic service by Tyrell and all pudo staff. They send a message saying I must collect a package 18hrs from 13:24 on Wednesday. When collecting 9am the next morning not available. Calling customer service escalation is to Tyrell who refused to call back for 6hrs. I eventually speak to her highly frustrated that they too useless to provide any solution and she puts the phone down. Pathetic customer service all around still have no idea where they have taken this parcel or what to do
