Pathetic Customer Service

This is the response from their customer service - "After conducting a thorough investigation, security confirmed that the consignment was not mishandled while in our care, the content got damaged while in transit due to the fragile nature of the content"

This is a pathetic contradiction if my package was damaged in transit it was obviously damaged while in their care🤦
