Pathetic courier guy- overnight already 5 days

I'm fed up with courier guy. Sent an overnight package to a client on Wednesday 4 Dec from CPT to PTA. All details were provided. Thursday 5 Dec they couldnt get hold of the receiver and sent the package back to the hub. Didnt bother to call me as sender. Friday 6 Dec they sent it out again, stated they don't have the delivery address, they didnt call me or the receiver. Moday 9 Dec they sent it out again, returned to hub. By this time the client is calling me, furiously. I call TCG at 14:00, they state it will go out for delivery this afternoon again (9Dec). I log a ticket on the portal, portal agent states it's been escalated and will have priority. It's now 17:30 and still not dispatched.

Each time I've logged a ticket or called, I made sure they had the address, my number and the receiver's number.

The client now wants to cancel the order.
