Pathetic, condescending and refusal to help in load shedding

They give you 36 hours to drop your parcel. But when, due to transport trouble you get to the locker an hour before the time expires its load shedding. Cannot deposit the parcel. Their only response.... I had 36 hours I should have dropped it earlier. So forget when you still well within time but there is loadshedding and you cant deposit the parcel and its within an hour of expiry still. They will make you pay for all those parcels all over. So in effect they say their note on their website which says to contact them for assistance (no hours shown but used against yku afterwards) if you have problems due to load shedding is untrue and false. The last hour means nothing. And is not part of the time frame.??? The 36 hours does not mean 36 hours??? Its not still part of the T&C's??? Get nowhere with them.
