Pathetic Company and serivce: DO NOT USE!

I bought something from a business more than a week ago and paid for overnight express delivery. Turns out that no one, no not one person had any knowledge about where my package was. It took me more than 6 phone calls and over R150 in air time to get an answer that they dont know but they will follow up. I asked for a superior and aparently not one oversight is on duty at any given time, no wonder their business model is so pathetic. They simply suggested to change my express to normal and then said they will keep my money. This is the type of pathetic service this company provides and then I need to be greatful because they delivering a serivce aledgely. Its not more than a week and guess what, I still dont have my package.
