Pathetic company

1 star is too much for this excuse of a company I'm surprised they still in operation with all the bad reviews they've got, booked a parcel for delivery from vereeniging the parcel was a frozen item they neither gave 6he sender a waybill nor javr any idea where the parcel is im being told head office will call me nobody has called nobody has been helpful the driver that picked up the item confirms that he delivered it to the vereeniging branch but still mo information it's 2 weeks Tomorrow and I still haven't been briefed about what happened to my parcel
