Pathetic

A mistake with the wrong lockers being used . Then an agent tells us to email and change all details to swap over . When that's done I see that the parcels are swapped and going to the wrong people. When I contact pudo again to sort it out I get nothing but am attitude and agents cutting the call !! Pathetic service that I will never use again
