PATHETIC ATTITUDE FROM COURIER GUY DRIVERS

The driver that came to deliver this package was extremely rude on the phone. My elderly mother was making her way down the stairs to go an collect at the gate. In this time he called me 3 times telling me that someone is not there, he did not greet me on the phone each and everytime and just hung up when i said my mother is coming & please can he wait. He then started shouting and threatening me that he was going to leave and i told him not to as he was delivering medication. I know delivery drivers have a time they need to stick to. However my elderly mother was 8 minutes in total. His rude and sickening attitude was really pathetic and i have never experienced this with courier guy before. Normally courier guy drivers are so friendly and helpful. Please sort this out with the driver that delivered my package as this is unacceptable customer service. The driver also did not want to give me his name because i told him i am going to report him.
