Pathetic and useless

Absolutely the worst service ever!!! My parcel arrived in jhb, then was INCORRECTLY sent to Nelspruit and I have had no joy in getting my items back to jhb. Their call centre agents are useless, calls are cut before they’re even answered, have spoken to multiple people with the same generic responses. 3 days later and my items are still in Nelspruit. Will NEVER support businesses who use the courier guy ever again!! Pathetic.
