Pathetic and Unreliable Service !!

Send a parcel through Courier Guy to from Kimberley to PE one week ago. Parcel got lost,after that Kimberley phoned me asking what was in the parcel,. Two days after that ,the parcel finally arrived at the customer,BUT parcel was opened by somebody,and some of the main contents were ****** from the parcel, Courier Guy explained they will investigate the matter by reviewing camera footage. After empty promises ,nobody responded with any feedback. And I have to replace the package at my own costs. If could,I would give less than one star !! Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Pathetic!!
