Pathetic and unacceptable service

I just had it with the poor service from this company.

Parcels are not collected on scheduled dates and the pathetic excuses they come up with....oh my.

The amount of time I have to spend on the phone or via emails to locate parcels is ridiculious! My one parcel was sent to Upington?? After numerous phone calls from my side it was located and send back 13 days later.

The most recent event was again a collection missed by Westrand. I received an email that the parcel was delivered yesterday. On the public holiday. None of us were at work...so to whom did they deliver to? I am still waiting for proof of delivery.
