Pathetic and Amazon should drop them

I have ordered from Amazon who use The Courier Guy previously with no issues, but since the beginning of the year they have continually failed to deliver on time or communicate effectively. My next day deliveries are consistently delayed by almost a week! They say delivery attempt was made when there was no call to say they have arrived. I get a message saying they "need more information" but then they still do not deliver even after I send them a pin location. The best part is that my husband has no issues when he orders from them. We are 5km from their local depo. Their service has become pathetic and infuriating.
