Pathetic After Sales Service and Consignment Handling

We have been using The Courier Guy for a few months. Their rates are practically unbeatable, but their after sales service has been absolutely shocking. Our customers have broken stock continuously, The Courier Guy is just not willing to take responsibility for how their drivers toss boxes around. Our customers are complaining about driver rudeness, asking us not to use The Courier Guy anymore, they would rather pay higher rates and have their goods respected. The mishandling of parcels is so bad that we have had 25l polycans somehow acquire large holes in the base of the container, and our customer receives their container with no product in it as it has leaked out. The Courier Guy refuses to take responsibility. During lock down their rates were astronomical, they cannot explain why there is such a difference now. Our customer noticed this on their invoice and we have to try and explain why there are thousands of rands difference. It makes it look as though we increased the rates on our side. Not happy at all!
