Pathetic accounts department

I am disgusted at your billing/accounts department.

My account was blocked as there was not enough money on it for a pick up and delivery. I understand that... but my account was not in arrears.

Then I needed to send a parcel. I made payment. I sent POP with a request to unlock my account. I had to kick up a fuss yesterday to have my account unblocked today. That is now a delivery that is 4 days late!!!

... but it gets worse. Today I receive a statement - referring to an invoice for 20 February.... when my account was locked! I even haven’t sent a parcel!

What is going on?

Your accounts department has become a joke!

I can’t do business like this!
