PATHETIC

This is an *********** company with no sense of urgency for customer service and customer retention and this carry out until the managers Parcels goes missing... You promised call backs which never take place, you spend 100 of Rands of airtime in hopes to get through just to be sent from pillar to post.. We need help with this people the ombudsman or someone needs to step in they cannot rob our money and loose our parcels with no repercussions
