Pathetic
<p>I booked a parcel in yesterday to be collected today from a suburb about 10kms outside East London South Africa. They booked it on no problem or mention that this area is only serviced on a Saturday. Make my poor mother wait the whole day and no one collects. I call them speak to an idiot named Samantha who found it funny that I was angry. I would suggest no one uses Courier Guy they service has gone down. No help at all. </p>
Received a call from the manager because I apparently did not select the correct suburb my parcel was not collected. I had to email them the suburb for them to quote. I have been sending and receiving parcels to and from in the same manner same addresses for the past few years never had an issue now today it's an issue. Also been blacklisted from using their services even thou I've been a loyal customer for many years. Very sad. Also got told if my parcel is so urgent why don't I pay the over night freight. The charges are much more expensive hence the reason I opted for the most 4 days which I would have received my delivery by Friday. I don't see why I must pay more I need the parcel for the weekend.
