Passles not delivered. Yet the guy delivering them says he delivered them. Which is not true. So what do I do now.

2 pastles delivered to me have been signed for apparently. Yet I didn't sign for them or give the pin for them? So who could have them then?

Does the courier guy himself know the people's pins. I'm based in lakeside, muizenberg

Please advise how I go about claiming from insurance for this.? Does the courier guy have an insurance?

I spoke to the delivery guy that delivered the passles and he could not tell me who signed for the passles either?
