Parcenit delivered

I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service received from The Courier Guy. I paid for overnight delivery, yet my parcel is still sitting at the hub with no movement. I have made several follow-ups, and the responses have been inconsistent and misleading. Firstly, I was told that my account was in arrears, which is impossible because a parcel would not be collected if payment issues existed. After I questioned this, I was then assured that delivery would take place this morning. That has still not happened, and tracking continues to show that the parcel remains at the hub. This is unacceptable service, especially when customers are paying for overnight shipping. There has been no proper explanation, no accountability, and no urgency shown. I am now requesting: Immediate delivery of my parcel. A full refund of the overnight shipping fee, as the service paid for was not delivered.
