Parcels sent twice to wrong cities

A parcel was sent from JHB on a Wednesday to an address in Grahamstown Road, Port Elizabeth,,,,,noting that The Courier Guy's premises are 50m off Grahamstown Road. When I checked the tracking I was told it was sent to Grahamstown!!. It was duly delivered to my home on Saturday. On the Monday a parcel was sent from Durban and Tuesday I again checked the tracking & called them....you guessed it - sent to Grahamstown. On Thursday a parcel sent from JHB ...I called on Thursday & Friday morning advising I was expecting the parcel & that it mustn't be sent to Grahamstown. I was advised that it was in the truck Friday morning and that it would be delivered during the day. I phoned Friday afternoon enquiring about the delivery only to be told it was at the warehouse and that it would be delivered Monday I collected it at their warehouse!!! They messed all that up within the space of a wee****
