Parcels got executed by brute force

2 closed boxes were sent from JHB to PE, and it arrived in pieces. Boxes were torn open, product inside broken and crumbled, that is literally looks like it was dragged, kicked, and dropped many times. The reply I got was:

"We are looking into this as driver will have to be held reliable for negligence from the courier Guy Stutterheim branch would i like to apologies we do not train our driver's no to take care of parcels . "

We are still waiting, my client demands a refund, we need the material back in JHB to see if we can salvage it. Not the first-time parcels get damaged and abused like this. The bigger van, or truck drivers know how to handle parcels, these bakkie drivers don't care what happens.
