PARCELS EXTREMELY DAMAGED.

3 boxes with HANDMADE products damaged. Took us 14 days to complete the order. It was properly packaged, with 4 fragile stickers per box. We also used double walled boxes! The boxes were clearly forced into a space. Upon my complaint, I got the normal "sorry". I've been through the claim process before - I will not be refunded for the time, salaries paid and profit lost. Not to mention my unhappy client, which I will have to refund. As a small business we work hard to have excellent customer service with zero complaints. This is clearly not the case with TCG!
