****** parcel/Parcel not received - The Courier Guy

I placed an order from a cosmetic company which had to be delivered via The Courier Guy and the parcel was never received. Shipment UATMDLLZ was never delivered to my address. I laid a query with the support team and Connie from the Rustenburg Kiosk sent a very sub standard email only stating delivery was confirmed 28.11.2024 I was then sent a random cell number for an apparent Bogani for me to supposedly ask him about my parcel. The Courier Guy sends a pin that only the recipient should provide when receiving/accepting the delivery. I have no idea who or where the parcel was delivered to and the Rustenburg Kiosk is now ignoring my emails. They refuse to provide a valid explanation of what happened which I have requested a couple of times and are providing no resolution to my problem. *** is providing no support at all. I need the courier guy to give me my parcel or give me a refund for the money I paid for the order I never received.
