Parcel withheld after making payment

Horrible service from The Courier Guy. I did an overnight shipment on 29 April 2026. I only got an email the following Monday that my parcel cannot be delivered because There was a difference in the dimensions I provided verses there own ones and there is an extra charge that I need to pay for the parcel to be released. Now I explain to them that I am using a company card and we cannot do EFT payments and how else can I make payments. The lady rudely told me that there's nothing they can do and hung up on me.
