Parcel was two items but I have received one, late

Poor service, am staying in Glenmore Mpumalanga, they took my parcel to Nelspruit in Nelspruit they say they don’t deliver in my it had to go back to jozi from jozi it went to Bethal, I’ve ordered 20th of Dec kids Sneakers with a hope that Christmas kids will be wearing their sneakers, I called Bethal they told they’ll deliver Tuesday 4 Jan I decided to drive to Bethal Friday so that at least my kids get to wear their sneakers New Year I found that one pair Is missing 😢😢 they even can’t trace it I should wait till Monday. I’ve never been so ****ed, how can this courier be so useless now am seating here not knowing where is the other pair.
