Parcel Vanishes from the face of the earth and not a dam is given to find it

After a long time of great service, the true colours of the courier guy come out. waiting for a parcel since 27\02\2024 was told it was sent to Upington by mistake and they sent it to cape town and now Cape Town does not know where it is. My issue is there is no care in the world about finding it just get told each time busy investigating for the last few days. The Value of the content is a decent amount, and I don't have spare cash just lying around to replace the items and it not just for me multiple of my friend paid towards this order so they are also affected as they will not get what they have ordered..
