Parcel ****** and not complete

So i bought some staff from a shop which uses this courier service and some f my staff waz missing then i went back to the seller and mentioned that some of my staff is missing she waz so disappointed and thought i waz lying only to find out yet another customer of had also complaint that some of their parcels was also missing. This is so bad for a courier comany to be losing the trust of their customers i am also going to check first before i purchase things that they are not using this company
