Parcel still not delivered after 4 days paid overnight fees!!!

Don’t recommend using the courier guy! Dropped a parcel off on Monday just after 10am at Rivonia store to go to Cape Town overnight, paid the premium for overnight delivery. It’s still not delivered!!!!! No communication from customer service!!! I have to keep calling them and still as of now they have no answers for me and it’s not delivered 😡😡😡😡
