Parcel sent to wrong place, dropped calls and unanswered emails

TheCourierGuy dropped my calls from my landline and cellphone when I queried a parcel they sent to the wrong place. The parcel was to be sent to Hartebeesfontein in Rustenburg but the Courier Guy sent it to Hartebeesfontein in Klerksdorp. When i called to query this they say it is how I booked it. TheCourierGuy rudely keeping me in the dark.
