parcel sent to wrong destination waybill number changed for some reason !?

<p>waybill number TCG ********** sent out from johannesburg yesterday supposed to be with me today didnt arrive - i emailed durban asked them what happened they said it went out "in the truck going up the south coast" and i will get it the next day ?! Not good enough and then i get told that the waybill number is not right the correct way bill number is TCG ********** but if you check the details for tracking for that number it shows up that someone has actually signed for this parcel !? WHo????? As it wasnt me ?! I want my parcel delivered today no excuses it is a birthday present for a friend</p>
