Parcel says delivered but i never got it.

Been getting the run around from the driver about my parcel since Friday... The 21st October 2022. When i track the parcel it says deliverrd even though i haven't received my parcel. I dofnt evrn know that the drivers have access to our pins to get our parcel. Called him agsin today and he's been coming ever since. He chose to ignore my messages. At this point i just want my parcel as im running a business. I dont care if I never use their services again.
