Parcel redirected successfully

I was helped today by Alexis Bullet who helped redirect my parcel after it had been sent back to the depot two times and after speaking to two consultants who promised to have it redirected.

I was under so much pressure because I was under a tight timeframe to get the parcel.

When I let her know of my skepticism because I was failed by two other consultants who promised the same service over ther past 2 days, she reassured me that she will get the job done and I believed her totally.

And lo and behold it was done exactly at the time frame she specified it would and the parcel was collected without any delays.

I'm very grateful to Alexis and may she be blessed because of the faithfulness to her word and her dedication to her job which she takes extremely seriously.
