Parcel out on delivery for 2 days but not yet received

I am very disappointed as I have not received my parcel as yet. it has been two days out on delivery....

Friday - 28th June it went out for delivery at 07.39, at 18.04 it advised that the receiver is not at the delivery address and at the same time its comments are "no free space at the pudo" ?

I had made a few calls to the call centre to advise that I only work till 16.00 every day and asked when will my parcel be delivered more or less, i also suggested to maybe give the driver a call to find out but was advised that they could not and cannot disclose information. I had given an address for where I will be after 16.00. no one delivered my parcel.

1st July - called very early and spoke with a very kind lady to say that the driver will make it the morning for delivery. I gave my full cell number, advised where I am. Its now close to 17.00 and I have not received my parcel. I received a message at 13.18 to say that my parcel from Pudo is currently out on delivery.

When can I have my parcel? it's been 2 days out on delivery and no sign of receiving it yet?
