Parcel not received.

So today I received an email that my parcel was out for delivery, along with the PIN.

I then decided to check my emails later on to see if there was any update regarding the arrival of the parcel…. Only to find out that the parcel was delivered,but not to me.

It then shows that there was a failure attempt on the PIN that was for the release of the parcel. The delivery guy then resent PIN to an unknown my number.

The status of my parcel is now showing that it was delivered successfully, but the courier car never even pitched to my work place.

I then decided to query this with one of the agents, and I received zero help regarding the matter.
