Parcel not received

I ordered items on yellow sub trading on the 29th of August and the delivery company was a courier guy. Up to date I haven't received my parcel, I made calls and emails since they said they are busy investigating. I tried to track my order via their website, all it says "Outbound to SEC" and was last updated on that 29th.
