Parcel not picked up for 3 weeks!

This relates to PUDO which is the same company! My parcel was deposited on 04April, almost 3 weeks it's still not even collected for delivery. Apparently, the locker is offline, and a technician will be sent, that was a week ago and still nothing has happened. Can I actually some assistance and have my parcel retrieved from this locker for delivery? Such incompetence!
