Parcel not delivered even today am still waiting for it no feedback from them no nothing

I ordered using the courier guy service since today I haven’t received my package when I call them or text them on WhatsApp they tell me that my package is under investigation and they will get back to me it’s been two weeks now waiting for parcel and it seems like they have lost it and they don’t want to tell me the truth. No feedback from them no nothing poor service 💔🚮
