Parcel not delivered, because it was damaged and duplicated the waybill number with someone else's waybill number

One parcel damaged but not delivered, they also repacked my other 3 parcel because the have damaged the boxes and yet there was a sticker on fragile. I have send numerous emails requesting for my other parcel to be delivered, but keep on saying they have delivered, but my waybill number was duplicated with someone else's waybill number. They are not very helpful at all. The driver that delivered the 3 boxes said the box was lost, but when they found it everything was damaged inside.
