Parcel not Delivered as per email

I have order a parcel on line and the company arrange with The Courier Guy to deliver my package. Yesterday 06 November 2025 I received an email and message saying the parcel are out for delivery. So I waited the whole day at home for die courier. Late afternoon I try to phone the Mtuba branch to find out where is my parcel, but no answer. The reason I phoned the Mtuba branch is because the parcel was send from that branch. So after 5pm I got an email stating that the parcel was NOT delivered due to me not answering when they tried to phone me. But no one phoned me. Or was at my house. So this morning I phoned again to find out where is my parcel and all what they say it is on route for delivery. No come back to me or try to find out what is going on. This is not the first time we have this problem with courier guy. I will never use Courier Guy again. And I really hope that they start losing customers so they can see that there is a big customer service problem on their side.
