Parcel not delivered as agreed

Im not happy with the courier guy service. I ordered the courier 25 November 2021, discrepancy was picked on my parcel already delivered, they ordered the driver to come and collecting back. I call and make and arrangements for payments. All was agreed then i pay the money the requested me to pay. Today when i call i must again pay another fee which was not agreed on, im very dissapointed & not happy with their service.

NOT SURE I WILL EVER USE THEM AGAIN
