Parcel not delivered

<p>The Courier guy was supposed to deliver a parcel to me from Durban to Pretoria. According to the track and trace website the parcel was delivered to my house and I personally signed for it. Both claims are not true. Nobody knows where my parcel is and I've been waitung for the operations manager to phone me back. So if you are looking for a courier company that not delivers and then forges documents to claim that they have 'The Courier Guy' is the way to go!</p>
