Parcel not delivered

The courier guy lost my parcel and **** about it's whereabouts, they never said anything until I inquired about the delivery, first they sent the recipient an WhatsApp message laying saying they've been trying to contact her , when she told them to come they never did, I them called them they told a different story that the parcel is still at the hub in Durban, I called again after a few days they said my parcel has been misrouted, its been two weeks now I'm still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
