Parcel not delivered

I am having the worse experience with this company. My parcel is not delivered and when I contact them and called them unprofessional. They decided to call me and insult me. Telling me there is no network and my address is nowhere to be found. Then the question remains how we're they able to call me when they insulted me. They refuse to take account. I asked for the call log to prove that they called. They decided to hangup on me. Telling me I can do business with someone else. Why did they agree to deliver if they now claiming I should give them another address and number. I am really abset
